Leaders Needed
Wisconsin Heights Youth Softball is an entirely volunteer run organization and we need more leaders to step forward to help coordinate our organization to ensure opportunities are available for our players. We're seeking both board members and leaders who can take on task-specific items if they can't commit to a board role.
- Board Members - Meet monthly to plan and coordinate upcoming seasons and off-season development opportunities. Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month minimum. Softball expertise is helpful, but not required. We are seeking leaders with strong decision making skills and communication.
- Concessions Coordinator/Committee - We are seeking two coordinators to organize our volunteers and concessions for the 2027 season. No softball expertise needed, just detail oriented people who can send out regular emails and/or help stock the concessions stand during the season. Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week April 15-July 30.
- Tournament Support - We offer 2-3 home tournaments each year on weekends and need individuals who can help make these run smoothly and successfully for all involved. Commitment: Weekend hours 2-3 times a season.
Training opportunities are available through the end of this season.
