Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer Registration

We understand that sometimes players are unable to fulfill their commitment after registration for various reasons. Any requests to withdraw from registration should be made via email to whyouthsoftall@gmail.com. If a player or their family notifies us of a need to withdraw registration before their first team practice, we can provide a full refund of the registration fee. If a player or their family notifies us of a need to withdraw registration before their first game, we can provide a 50% of the registration fee. After games have started, no refund is available. Please note: Fees for personalized jerseys are not refundable.

U10 Summer Tournament

A full refund is available if team cancels registration seven days in advance of the date of the tournament. If the team cancels less than seven days prior to the date of the tournament, no refund is available.

U12 Round Robin

A full refund is available if team cancels registration seven days in advance of the date of the tournament. If the team cancels less than seven days prior to the date of the tournament, no refund is available.
